Installation Design - In March 2019, the Kirk of St Nicholas in Aberdeen played host to a commissioned light and sound event that was inspired by the stories of Danish and Norwegian refugees who fled their countries in World War II and made their homes in Buckie, the Banffshire coast and Aberdeenshire. The kirk was filled with illuminated glass bottles filled with water that contained the photographs and stories of those who came and made their home. The music composition was by Eyvind Gulbrandsen and the event produced by Curated Place.
